Setting sustainable investment goals

Through its Impact Investing Charter, Leoville’s experienced management team has set measurable environmental and social goals and seeks to achieve them with the investors capital via the projects or companies they invest in. With its real estate projects, Leoville is committed to a long-term approach that aims to preserve the planet and the well-being of its inhabitants. In this sense, Leoville’s actions integrate 9 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as defined by the United Nations.

Measuring performance

The Fund’s strategy is to invest in inner-city real estate assets of which at least 50% are of historical or cultural interest, that have the potential to improve their Environmental Social Governance (ESG) performance and to renovate them to that end. The Fund thus aims to enhance the historical heritage and to contribute to the sustainable development of cities.
